On the back office, navigate to the Registers page of the Store Management section. Click the Configure button of the POS system you want to communicate with the kitchen printer.

Scroll down until you get to the IP Configuration section. You need to enter the proper IP configuration for the Kitchen Printer. This IP can vary depending on how your store is wired, so we recommend checking the IP of your printer. Below is an example where we used the IP 10.83.83.124, a common IP for kitchen printers that run directly though the SuperSonic systems router.

Now scroll down to the bottom of the Register Configuration page and click on Save Changes.

Now your Kitchen printer is all set up to communicate with the POS system.

Additional settings you may need to configure involve the Departments settings located from the Departments page of the Store Management section.

Any product that would be rung up and printed from the kitchen printer would need to be placed in a Department where the Print to Kitchen flag is set to Yes.
