Under Store Management, selected the Registers sections to see a list of all registers under the store.
Select the “Configure” button on the right-hand side of the for the register you want to changes the settings.
On this page is the config for the selected register, select the "Sales" tab at the top, and scroll down to the "Tip Config"
Here there are 2 options:
Tip % Prompt Enabled
Is Flat Tip $ Prompt Enabled?
Select whichever you prefer, and it will allow you to put in a max amount and two suggest amounts. A custom amount will also be available for the customer.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save Changes.
