Once you’re logged in, from the sidebar menu on the left, click on Reports.

Select Product Report from the pop-out menu.

To begin, you will set the following conditions:

  • Selected Stores

  • Reporting Period

Change Selected Stores

If you only have a single store on your account you don't need to change the selected store, but if you have multiple stores connected to your SuperSonic Cloud platform, you can generate a report that combines data for all of them, or you can run reports for each store, individually.

Individual Store Report

Click on Change Selected Stores. Select the store you wish to run the report for and select Save Changes.

Multi-Store Reports

Click on Change Selected Stores. Select the checkbox across from Name to select all the stores on your platform and select Save Changes.

Change Reporting Period

Cashier Shifts

From the drop-down menu, select the desired shift. When you've selected the desired shifts, then select Set Period.

With the Custom Time Range feature, you have the option to pull data by date & time. When you're done selecting your desired date & time range, then select Set Period.

Product Report Overview

When you use this tool, you will notice a graph that has the sales of your best-selling items on an hourly basis. This graph is able to instead be a pie chart that covers the overall performance of your best-selling items without accounting for time of day as well. By selecting the View Data by... button, you are able to swap between the two modes.

Right Stats Panel

On the right side of the screen, you'll find boxes containing:

  • Quantity

  • Sales

  • Top Products

The Top Products is the number of different products sold within the reporting period you've selected. This number caps out at 100, so at most it will show your 100 most sold items sold for the selected reporting period. You might encounter this cap if you select large reporting periods, such a whole month.

The Quantity is the amount of times the selected top products were sold.

The Sales is the value of all of your top products sales.

Registers & Cashiers

These fields allow you to check sales of individual or multiple cashiers across as many registers of your choosing. You can click the X Button next to the names of register & cashiers to individually remove them or select the X Button on the far right to deselect all options. You can add registers & cashiers into your query by selecting them from the dropdown menus.

Additional Filters

The report page also has additional filters to help you narrow down the amount of products shown in the report. This allows you to get more specific with your searches and avoid the 100 product limitation of this tool. The filters available are:

  • Taxability

  • Inside Sales

  • Tags

  • Departments

  • SKUs

Product View Section

Lastly, the bottom of the page displays a summarized version of the data generated. It includes the following information:

  • Product Name

  • Product SKU

  • Product Modifier

  • Quantity Sold

  • Line Items Sold

  • Amount Sold

Download Full Report

In this browser version of the report, we only show up to 100 products. To view the full report or download a copy for records, click on Download Full Report. This file is in CSV (Comma-separated Values), which can be utilized in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
